For shipments to Switzerland, we exclusively use DHL Paket International.

Delivery time is approximately 4–6 business days.

2. Do I have to pay German VAT?

No ✅ – for deliveries to Switzerland, we do not charge German VAT.

The prices in the shop are net prices.

3. What costs are incurred for delivery in Switzerland?

Upon delivery, Swiss Post / DHL Switzerland charges the following fees:

  Swiss import VAT (8.1% VAT) on goods value + shipping

  Processing fee / presentation fee
  

4. Why do these additional costs arise?

Switzerland levies VAT on all imports.

Additionally, the post office charges a processing fee for customs clearance.

5. Can I pay all costs at the time of purchase (DDP)?

No – this is not possible with DHL Paket International.

The additional costs must always be paid upon delivery in Switzerland.

Shipping to the United Kingdom is done with DHL Paket International.

Delivery time is approximately 4–7 business days.

No ✅ – for deliveries to the United Kingdom, we do not charge German VAT.

All prices in the shop are net prices.

3. What additional costs may arise?

The following fees may arise upon import into the United Kingdom:

Since Brexit, the United Kingdom is considered a non-EU country.

Therefore, shipments are subject to British import taxation and customs clearance.

5. Can all costs be paid in advance (DDP)?

No – shipping is DAP (Delivered At Place).

All import duties and fees must be paid upon delivery in the United Kingdom.
